That is because Embreys caramel apple is named after the owners little girl. Embrey was born on February 13, 2003 (the day before Valentines day, biggest day in the chocolate business) and the crew wanted Embrey to have her own caramel apple. Although Embrey can not eat one just yet they tell her it is really good. Give it taste, I am sure you will agree it is a very special apple.
