BROOKSIDE CHOCOLATE COMPANY can deliver your purchases throughout the United States. Orders received by 11:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time typically will ship the same day. Orders are shipped Priority Mailand can take from 3-10 business days. All gift items are hand crafted and individually delivered based on your choice of shipping method. Our customer representatives are also available to take your order and answer any questions you may have. ORDER INFORMATION

Delivery fees are added to your item based on the amount of your order or type of delivery requested. Brookside Chocolate Company will collect a 6% sales tax on all orders being delivered to the recipient in Arizona.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 – 5:00 pm. Orders maybe placed at any time, but our Customer Service Department will only be available during the hours specified.

At Brookside Chocolate Company we provide a guarantee of your satisfaction on every order. We guarantee to deliver your order in a timely manner with the freshest items and designed with care. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will do whatever we can to provide you with complete satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our goal whether it is by calling us directly or through your on-line order. DELIVERY INFORMATION

US ORDERS

Orders are accepted for US delivery only. Orders received by 11:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time typically will ship the same day. We can not guarantee Standard Ground Delivery will be received prior to Christmas. Two Business Days and Next Business Day Deliveries cannot be guaranteed during the week of Christmas. If you are interested in Saturday delivery please contact us a at 1.928.779.5611 for availability and pricing.

Standard Ground Delivery- This will typically be delivered in 3 to 10 days from the requested shipment date. This is dependent upon many factors such as the area it is being delivered to and the overall shipping traffic.

Second Business Day Delivery- If your order is received by 11:00 A.M. EST on a business day it will be received two business days later. For example, if you place your order on Monday at 9:00 A.M. EST it will be received on Wednesday. However, If your order is received after 11:00 A.M. on a business day it would not be shipped until the next business day and received two business days later from the shipping date. For example, If you place your order at 2:00 P.M. MST on Monday, it will not be shipped until Tuesday and will be received on Thursday. If your order is received on a weekend (after 11:00 on a Friday) it will not be shipped until the next business day on Monday and will be received two business days later on Wednesday. Holidays will effect shipping days and are not considered business days.

Next Business Day Delivery- If your order is received by 11:00 A.M. EST on a business day it will be received the next business day. For example, if you place your order on Monday at 9:00 A.M. MST it will be received on Tuesday. However, If you order is received after 11:00 A.M. on a business day it would not be shipped until the next business day and received one business day after the shipping date. For example, If you place your order at 2:00 P.M. MST on Monday, it will not be shipped until Tuesday and will be received on Wednesday. If your order is received on a weekend (after 11:00 on a Friday) it will not be shipped until the next business day on Monday and will be received one business day later on Tuesday. Holidays will effect shipping days and are not considered business days.

During warm weather months a $3.00 charge may be added to the shipping price for special thermal packaging. "Second business day" and "Next business day" shipping may be the only shipping offered during these months.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International deliveries are not currently available.

Online ordering is TOTALLY secure and we accept most major credit cards. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure that the information you entered is accurate and complete. This will help to avoid any delays or problems with your order. Please print or save a copy of your complete order for your own records. All addresses should include a complete street address and zip code. No orders are accepted for Rural Routes, APO and FPO. All military orders must have base name, building number and phone number. Orders are not recommended to be sent to hotels, ships, airports or military bases and cemeteries. Your enclosure card message should not exceed 80 characters. If it is excessive in length it may be edited.
